Chris ’E. Onyemenam, a lawyer, seasoned administrator and a professional manager with over 25years post qualification experience spanning over Banking, Academics, Financial Training Institutions and Consulting Industry.
Until his calling to the public service, he was the Chief Economic Strategist and Head of Research, Economic Intelligence and Franchise Enhancement Group at Zenith Bank Plc.
He was pioneer Executive Secretary and later Director Operations and Administration, at the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG).
Over the years Chris has acquired extensive experience in business and public policy articulation and implementation at senior management level. Chris is the pioneer DG/CEO of NIMC. |

Aliyu Aziz Abubakar is an Engineer with over 20years post qualification experience in Information Technology & Engineering.
He was a Deputy Director Information Technology at Bureau of Public Enterprises and until he joined the National Identity Management Commission, he was the Information Technology Adviser to the former FCT Minister.
He was the Principal Consultant, Management Information System (MIS) Department, Afri-Projects Consortium (APC). Mr. Aziz has also consulted for National Poverty Alleviation Programme (NAPEP) on Local and Wide Area Networking, Satellite Communications and Management Information System.
He was also the consultant to the Nigeria Police Force on computerization of training schools. Mr. Aliyu Aziz is the Director, National Identity Database Department of NIMC. |

Mr. Mike C. Esotu is a banker with over 16years of post qualification cognate experience in the banking sector.
He is the immediate past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of UBA Private Equity Limited (UBAPE), a wholly owned Private Equity/Venture Capital subsidiary of United Bank for Africa (UBA). While at UBAPE, he had exclusive responsibility for the management of UBA’s private equity fund known as the Small & Medium Enterprises Equity Investment Scheme (SMEEIS) fund.
He was also part of the team responsible for the development of a microfinance subsidiary in Prior to his appointment at UBAPE, he functioned as Regional Credit Manager and Head, Commercial Lending Group in the Risk Management Directorate of United Bank for Africa Plc. Mr. Mike Esotu is the Director of Finance and Investment of NIMC. |

Aderonke Agunbiade, an Economist with over 20years post qualification experience in both public and private sector.
She was an Administrative Officer in Pension and Gratuity; Office of Head of Service of the Federation.
She served in various capacities ranging from Loan Officer, Human Capital Management Department, Current Account Officer, Foreign Operation Officer, Head Customer Service and Head Operation Support with First Bank Nigeria Plc.
She was a Relationship Team Leader before her present assignment. Aderonke is the Head; Human Capital Management (HCM) of NIMC. |

Carol N. Ojukwu, a legal practitioner with over 20years post call experience with the Federal Ministry of Justice is the Head of Legal Services of NIMC.
She has served in various Committees while in Ministry of Justice including Committee to Investigate Loss of Radioactive Sources in Ajakuta Steel Company (2008), National Working Group on Judicial Integrity (organized by UNODC), and National Electoral Reform Committee (2007).
Carol was at a time, while in Private Practice in Lagos, Head of Chambers and Deputy Head of Chambers respectively and also functioned as Solicitor and Company Secretary to a number of Companies. She has varied experience in general legal practice (Litigation) in Civil, Criminal, Corporate Law and Finance as well as drafting of Legal Instruments. |

Okwudiafor O. Anthony, an Information Officer with the Federal Ministry of Information and Communication is the Head of the Corporate Communication Unit of NIMC.
He is an Assistant Director with over 25years post qualification experince and has worked with the Ministry of Solid Mineral Development, Aviation, Police Affairs, the Presidency and the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation as the Head of the Press/Public Relations. |

Cecilia Yahaya, a seasoned Administrator with over 25years post qualification experience in Public Sector, is the Head, Process and State Coordination Unit of NIMC.
Over the years, she has worked as an Administrative Officer in the Federal Civil Service, where she attained the rank of an Assistant Director. She has served in the Federal Civil Service Commission, the Office of the Head of Service of the Federation and the Federal Ministry of Interior before being deployed to the defunct Department of National Civic Registration (DNCR). In the DNCR she served in various capacities including State Coordinator of Kaduna, Niger, Sokoto and Benue States. |
