1.	Welcome to the National Identity Management Commission (“NIMC”) Web site (“Site”). The access and usage of this Site imply agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2.	NIMC administers and updates this Site. NIMC is the Federal Government of Nigeria agency responsible for sustainable development of a national identity management system infrastructure that enables individuals to assert their identity in a dependable manner.
3.	Unless expressly stated otherwise, the findings, interpretations and conclusions expressed in the Materials in this Site are those of the various content developers and not necessarily those of the members of the NIMC’s governing board or the agency or institutions they represent.
4.	NIMC maintains this Site courtesy of those who may choose to access the Site (“Users”) and it is for informative purposes only. The NIMC is pleased to allow Users to visit the Site and download and copy the information, documents and materials (collectively, “Materials”) from the Site for User’s personal, non-commercial use, without any right to resell, redistribute or create derivative works therefrom, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, and subject to more specific restrictions that may apply to specific materials within this Site without prior written consent of NIMC.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
12.	This Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in a Nigerian Law Court.

13.	NIMC reserves the exclusive right and the sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect. NIMC shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith. NIMC reserves the right to deny any User access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.
