Prince Uche Secondus, an indigene of Andoni Local Government Area in Rivers State, was born on March 22, 1955. He had his primary and secondary education in reputable schools in Rivers State and later proceeded to the Prestigious London Chambers of Commerce Institute where he bagged a Certificate in Commerce in 1986.
His background prepared him adequately for an impressive career in private business which not only guaranteed him and his lovely family a decent livelihood but also provided for him an opportunity to help people by offering employment to them in his various businesses.
His desire for the social development of his people prompted his foray into politics with the advent of the 2nd Republic in 1978. He was the State Youth Leader of the National Party of Nigeria (NPN), State Publicity Secretary of the National Republican Convention (NRC) between 1993 – 1998 and the immediate past State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State for 8 years.
It was in this position that he earned the sobriquet “TOTAL CHAIRMAN”, for the dynamic way he ran the affairs of the Party in the State and coordinated an influential group in the National Executive Committee popularly referred to as G.84.
Given his experience in Party administration, he played a leading role as the South-South Coordinator for the PDP National Campaign Council that conducted the campaigns for the Party during the 2007 General Elections. Subsequently, at the 2008 Convention of the PDP, he was elected the National Organizing Secretary of the Party, a position he still holds till date.

Chris 'E Onyemenam
Chris 'E. Onyemenam holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honours) degree and M.Sc. degree in Sociology, as well as LLB degree, all from the University of Lagos. He is a seasoned administrator and professional manager with over 28 years post qualification experience spanning various sectors, including Academics, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services, non-governmental and Consulting. Until his calling to public service, he was the Chief Economic Strategist and Head of Research, Economic Intelligence and Franchise Enhancement Group at Zenith Bank Plc. He was also the pioneer Executive Secretary and, later, Director Operations and Administration at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), where he participated actively in the development of major national policy initiatives under the annual Nigerian Economic Summit. Prior to this, Chris was the pioneer Executive Secretary of the Money Market Association of Nigeria. He was also at one time the Permanent Secretary of the South African based African Business Roundtable (ABR). In 2006 he worked as the Secretary / Director General of the Secretariat of the Presidential Implementation Committee on the Implementation of Government decision on the Consumer Credit System Outsourcing Initiative and the Harmonisation of Identification Schemes in Nigeria. The visionary, excellent and thorough work of the Committee gave birth to the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Nigeria. Chris Onyemenam is currently the Director General/CEO of the Commission.
Alhaji Garba Mohammed Noma MFR
Garba Mohammed Noma, MFR is an indigene of Bauchi State and was born in 1951.
He attended Bauchi Islamic School and then Shekel Primary School. He then proceeded to Government Secondary School of Salesmanship. He has attended various Courses and Training Programmes on Salesmanship and Management.
Alhaji Garba served as the Chairman, Finance and Appropriation Committee, Bauchi State House of Assembly; from 1979 – 1983 and in 1983 he became the Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly. He was the Vice President of Bauchi Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 1991 to 1999 and later became the President of the Association, a position he held up to 2007.
He served as a Director of First Inland Bank (Nig) Plc from 1996 – 2009 and was also the National Adviser, National Association of Small Scale Industries (NASSI) from 1999 to 2003.
Alhaji Garba is a member of the Bauchi Emirate Council and has served as a member of Nigeria 1999 LOC Bauchi, Member, Bauchi State Transition Implementation Committee, Board Member, Bauchi State Investment and property Development Company.
An astute businessman with interest in diverse sectors of the economy. Alhaji Garba Noma is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, of Ramadan Press Limited, Bauchi. Bello Ibrahim Gwandu
Bello Ibrahim Gwandu holds a Masters (MSc) degree from Aston University in Birmingham, United Kingdom and has also obtained Post Graduate Diploma in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Swansea, Wales; Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Development from Utah State University USA; Diploma in Port and Harbour Management; Certificate in Container Terminal Management; Senior Executive Certificate in Port Management and Harbour Operation from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
He has served the nation in various capacities, initially as a Public Servant in Sokoto Sate Government before transferring his service to the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA). He started as Assistant Traffic Manager and was the Overseas Representative of NPA in London. He later served as Port Manager Container Terminal before his redeployment to the headquarters of the Eastern Zone in Port Harcourt as General Manager/Executive Director. He was the Executive Director Marine and Operations until his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive in 2000.
Since his retirement from NPA, Bello has been involved in businesses and consultancy in the Maritime Industry. He is Chairman and Director of various companies.
It was the recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Marine Industry in particular and nation building in general that earned him a National Honour of “Member of the Federal Republic” (MFR) and other awards including, Maritime Gold Merit Award. He was also conferred with the distinguished traditional title of Turakin Gwandu. He is one of the private sector representatives on the Board of the NIMC. Busari Shittu Abiodun
Busari Shittu Abiodun holds a first class honours degree in Physics from the University of Ilorin and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma and Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos.
He is a member of the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS) with over 20 years experience in Information Technology Consulting. He is also a member of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN). Busari is also a member of various social clubs and religious organisations.
He is involved in several system-related projects including System Design and Development, System support, Systems implementation, EDP Auditing and Project Management. Gana David Ndayisa
Gana, David Ndayisa is a graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria with a B.Sc honours in Accounting in 1978. He attended the London School of Accountancy, London, United Kingdom in 1984 and attended the Agricultural & Rural Management Training Institute Ilorin in 1985.
Gana bagged his Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1990 from University of Ilorin. In 1982, he served as an Accountant (Disbursement) in the Bida Agricultural Development Project (ADP) and he rose to the rank of a Senior Financial Accountant in 1985.
Gana later took over as the World Bank Financial Controller and was tasked with the responsibilities of preparing the Annual budgets, monthly departmental expenditure summaries among others.
He became the Chief Accountant in 1990 and served as the Head of Accounts Department and Acting Financial Controller of the Niger State ADP
In 1993, Gana joined the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) as Senior Manager and served in the Surveillance Division of Banking Supervision Department. He handled the computations and checking of the financial ratios arising from the returns as submitted by commercial and merchant banks.
He became an Assistant Director in 1998 and was involved in the design of the new reporting formats for the development banks, the primary mortgage Institutions and the Community Banks

Mukhtar hanif Alhassan
Muktar Hanif Alhassan is a Mechanical Engineer with a Doctorate Degree in Computer Control of Machines from the University of Sussex, Brighton, United Kingdom. He obtained an MBA (Technology Management) from Belarus Polytechnic Institute, Minsk and also holds an advance level in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from Kiev State University, Ukraine.
Muktar is currently the Director, Information Management Services, Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja. He has served as a Director in ATB University Bauchi from 1998 to 2001, he was the pioneer Director of the MIS Centre of Bayero University Kano from 1994 to 1996. He was an Electric Engineering lecturer at the same University from 1986 to 1993 and was Senior Maintenance Engineer in 1985 at the Nigerian Mining Corporation, Jos.
Muktar is a member of many professional bodies including, COREN, Computer Society of Nigeria, Computer Professionals Registration of Nigeria and the Nigerian Society of Engineers. In 1993, he received the UNESCO Sponsorship for Information Retrieval Course in Israel. In 1989 he received the Kano State Scholarship for the PhD Studies in computer control at Sussex University. In 1982 he got an award for a distinction in mathematics and control theory at M.Sc level from Belarus Polytechnic Institute, Minsk. In 1975, Muktar also got a similar award from Kiev State University.
Over the years, Dr. Alhassan has acquired extensive experience in management and leadership. Abdulkadir Olarenwaju Jimoh
Abdulkadir Olanrewaju Jimoh, Assistant Commissioner of Police is an indigene of Ilorin, Kwara State. He obtained his primary education in Babako Local Education Authority Primary School, Ilorin from 1970-1976. and proceeded to Abdul Azeez Attah Memorial College, Okene in Kogi State. ACP Jimoh obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Ilorin in 1986; He attended the police academy, Kaduna for Cadet ASP Course between March, 1990 and October 1991.
ACP Jimoh served in various capacities in Imo State Police Command between 1991 and 1993. He was a pioneer staff of special fraud unit, Ikoyi Lagos between 1993 and 2000. ACP Abdulkadir Jimoh was an administrative officer, Area D, Police Command, Mushin Lagos and he was also the second- in- Command, Fraud Department, State CID, Panti-Lagos from 2000 to 2003.
Before his secondment to EFCC to serve as the Head of Operations, ACP Jimoh served as the Assistant Commissioner of Police, State CID, Ilorin from January 2008 to July 2008.

Davies-Jones, Olufunke Beatrice
Davies-Jones, Olufunke Beatrice, holds a Bsc honours degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile –Ife, Nigeria.
She was first appointed an Assistant Superintendent of Immigration on joining the Nigeria Immigration Service. Due to her diligence and dedication to duty, she was rapidly promoted and between 1980 and 2001, Davies-Jones held various positions at the level of Comptroller of Immigration Services (CISS) in Osun, Oyo Kwara, Lagos and Ondo States.
She later became an Assistant Comptroller-General (Operations) from 2009 to 2010 at the Immigration Headquarters in Abuja. Davies-Jones Olufunke is presently the Assistant Comptroller-General/Zonal Coordinator (Zone F).
She has undergone various Trainings and Courses in Immigration and Management including, the Immigration Basic course, Immigration Professional Officers Training; Certificate in weapon training and Immigration Advanced Command course.

Pascal Ukaenwe is an Assistant Director with Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) with over 20 years post qualification experience. He graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and most of his working career has been in the United Kingdom and Europe at different levels of the Information Technology industry.
Until recently, he was the Customer Solutions Architect for Fujitsu Services in the United Kingdom where he designed Information Technology based business process solutions for various clients.
He was also the Senior Technical Consultant for PriceWaterHouse Cooper in the United Kingdom specializing on messaging and collaborative systems, which included the email and instant messaging technologies as well as middleware technologies for enterprise integration.

Mrs Gloria Ihuoma Iwuji
Gloria Ihuoma Iwuji an indigene of Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State was born on 20th September, 1953.
She obtained her B.Sc Honours Degree in Education (Geography) in 1977 from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; a B.Sc (Accountancy) in 1994 from Abia State University, Uturu; an MBA (Accountancy) in 2008 from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus and later obtained a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria in 1989.

Abdulrahman Sambo, who holds an MBBS degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria is a Medical Doctor with over 30 years post qualification experience. He earned an MPH Ed degree under the World Health Organization (WHO) fellowship from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and a Certificate in Health Planning, Economics and Management as a Chevery Scholar from Nuffied Institute for Health, University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
He began his career as a House Officer and rose to the post of a Registrar of Medicine at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Kaduna. He later served in various administrative positions at the National University Commission.
Abdulrahman’s wealth of experience has found him in several other administrative positions including Honourable Commissioner for Health, Kaduna State, member of several Committees and a pioneer member of the Governing Council of Kaduna State University.

Jamin Dora Zubema
Jamin Dora Zubema holds a Masters Degree (MSc) in Economics Planning and Cybernetics from Academy of Economic Studies in Bucarest, Romania, with over 30 years post qualification experience.
Until his calling to the National Population Commission, he worked as a Statistician with Gongola State Ministry of Economic Planning. He has also served as State Director in the then Gongola, Bauchi, Kwara and Kogi States in Nigeria before moving to the Zonal office as Zonal Director. He was the major contributor to the planning and execution of 2006 Nigeria Population and Housing Census and was indeed the Census Communication Officer during the Census enumeration days.

Chris Owolabi holds a Masters Degree in International Police Science from the University of Portsmouth, Portsmouth, United Kingdom. He has over 20 years experience in the Nigeria Police Force and has served in various capacities in the Force both locally and internationally.
He garnered peacekeeping experience in Rwanda, Liberia and Darfur (Sudan) and presently facilitates policing and peacekeeping courses for the Police and the United nations respectively in different institutions around the world.
He is currently the Special Assistant to the Deputy Inspector-General of Police, ‘E’ Department (Training) and is interested in creating a safer world for all persons.

Ositadinma Benjamin Chidoka
Ositadinma Benjamin Chidoka is a seasoned Administrator and Professional Manager with over 16 years post qualification experience spanning both private and public sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Degree (1995) in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Masters Degree (2006) in Transport Policy and Logistics, from the School of Public Policy, George Masons University, USA.
Prior to his appointment into the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), he was the Senior Advisor, Government and Business Relations, Mobil Producing Nigeria, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation; a Special Assistant to Senior Special Adviser to the President of Nigeria on Legal Matters.
Before then, Osita worked with the Federal Capital Development Authority, Abuja where he served as a Member of the Committee on Review of Abuja Master Plan and as a Personal Assistant to the Minister of State, Ministry of Works and Housing and Minister of Transport, respectively.
He has served in several Federal Government Reforms and Policy Committees, including the Committee on Development of the current Port Policy, Committee on Drafting of the Non-Monetized Transport Mode Policy to provide infrastructure for safe walking, bicycling and other transport modes that are sustainable and environmental friendly, etc.
A Public Policy Advocate with several articles, essays and speeches covering diverse topics in public policy, Osita is the Corps Marshal and Chief Executive of the FRSC.
